I already have an xp-dev account for git, and a sonatype account for the maven repository. I mostly need the pow.xml and other requirements for sonatype.com taken care of. I need to match STATE from Sheet 2 Col A with STATE on Sheet 1 Col A and when a match is found, move the name in Col B (sheet2) to Col B (Sheet 1) for each city under the matched STATE (sheet 1) Col A.
